Welcome to Metzcor!  We are Ashleigh and Michael Metz, the founders, and owners of Metzcor. We're both born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati and we couldn't imagine building our business any place else. Together we have over 20 years of experience in working with adults with exceptionalities and the love and joy they've brought to our lives is beyond what we could ever ask for.

Many ask where our love of this field comes from. The story is simple. Michael began working as a DSP in a residential setting when he was 18. Shortly after starting, he invited Ashleigh on an ice cream date with the individuals he worked with because he knew she would fall in love with them... he was right! From that day forward, our entire lives have been centered around working with the most amazing group of people you could ever meet.
