About the event
Our TR Strength program is for those interested in getting healthy, strong, and learning more about strength training in the gym. Tyler and Michelle Menke will work with all participants at any fitness level on reaching their goals to get stronger! This 6 week program will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at My Fitness Suites.
