About the event
The walking program will be held at various walking tracks around Cincinnati. Each week we will go to a different park, learn about the park, and get to walk around to explore. The benefits of this program include physical health, socialization among peers, psychological benefits, and even educational learning. Documentation over the 6-week program will show physical health improvement and knowledge of various parks in the area.
Participants will recieve a pedometer for registering on the first day of the program!
Please pack a cold lunch on walking days so we can eat in the parks.
